Walk away
A Long time coming
We first envisioned Walk Away in May 2022. Walk Away was designed primarily as a trail truck, and secondly as a tow vehicle for 2Tall. The idea was to tow 2Tall to a location for base camp and go exploring in Walk Away. We focused on minimizing weight and keeping the center of gravity low: hence, no rooftop tent and no drawer system.
Between supply chain shortages, vendors going out of business, and scheduling, it took 18 months from order to first trail run. When we made the first trail run at MERUS adventure park, we were quite impressed with Walk Away’s initial performance.
Walk Away is a 2022 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 with the 3.6L gasoline engine.
